Having found so much personal healing through yoga, breathwork, and ayurvedic health practices, I am excited to be able share some of these practices with you.
My approach to yoga focuses on the nervous system and the emotional state, guided by you and your body’s natural intelligence. It may be different each day, or exactly the same, but we will always move at your pace.
I also provide group classes where we can get to know ourselves and each other. There’s profound healing in shared experiences.
